Shipping Policy

We are located in Rockingham, WA 6168, and work to business hours in WA:

• DeFuze Australia orders are handmade, and can take up to 3 business days to make and post your order. We do endeavor to have all orders are processed and shipped on the next business day.

• We observe all national and state holidays.

• Order acknowledgment, confirmation of product availability, and shipment (tracking if available) information will be provided to you via email after your order is processed and shipped.

For tracked parcels, tracking will be emailed to you. All dates are estimates and actual delivery dates may vary; please contact Australia Post for an estimated delivery time.

• Small Priority Parcel $3.40

  • Please note that this is an untracked "large letter" service.

• Tracked Parcel Post $9.70

  • Can take 5-6 business days. Refer to Australia Post for estimations.

• Tracked Express Parcel $12.70

  • Can take 2-3 business days. Refer to Australia Post for estimations.

 

Large Parcel Delivery​

• We use a variety of quality couriers via the Interparcel service network for all bulky, heavy, and wholesale orders.

• Tracking will be supplied given we have your email and phone number.
